SHIPPING

PLEASE NOTE: We currently only ship orders within the UK. We hope to introduce international ordering/delivery facilities soon.

Providing there are no problems allocating the stock for an order then all items are shipped within one working day (usually on the same day as purchase for orders placed before 11.30am). During checkout you have the option to select from two shipping methods:

UK Standard (3 working days): £2.50 for 1 item - £3.30 for 2 or more items.
Items sent using this method are dispatched either by Royal Mail Standard Delivery or via DHL Securicor Courier Service (depending on the weight of the package). Delivery normally takes approximately 3 working days after dispatch, however, the delivery date is not guaranteed.


UK Premium (1-2 days): £3.25 for 1 item - £3.99 for 2 or more items.
Items sent using this method are dispatched either by Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery or via DHL Securicor Next-Day Courier Service (depending on the weight of the package). Delivery normally occurs on the next working day after dispatch, however, the delivery date is not guaranteed.

RETURNS

DEFECTS: If, when you receive an order, you find that the contents have been damaged then please contact us on care@page5.co.uk (quoting your order reference) no later than 7 days after receipt. We will then supply you with the necessary returns information. If you did not receive the item ordered in ‘new’ condition you will be entitled to either a replacement or a full refund (including your return postage cost).

RIGHT TO CANCEL: If, when you receive an order, you are not entirely satisfied with the contents then please contact us on care@page5.co.uk (quoting your order reference) no later than 7 days after receipt. We will then supply you with the necessary returns information. On receipt of your returned item in its original condition we will issue you with a refund for your purchase price (excluding delivery charges). Please note that we cannot refund you for items that are found to be damaged on return. Furthermore, we cannot issue refunds for items that are advertised as NON-RETURNABLE.

GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS:
Once we have processed your return request and you have received our instructions please:

1. Write your reason for return on the delivery slip sent with you order (if you no longer have this then please ensure you include a separate note which includes your order reference along with your reason for return)
2. Securely package the item along with this note to ensure that it is not damaged on return to us (it is probably best to use the original packaging if you still have it)
3. Send the item to us (we recommend using a ‘signed-for’ service such as Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service or Recorded Delivery for your security) at:
